The Ready Sheet
The Ready Sheet
An expiry radar and a completeness score for every kit.
List your kits and items; the sheet flags what's expired, scores how complete each kit is, and totals what it costs to top back up.
The radar — numbers no other sheet gives you:
- 🔴 Expired: 2 — $18.00 to replace
- 🟠 Expiring: 1 — $5.00 soon
- 🟢 Readiness: 67% — 10 of 15 items ready
It runs in Google Sheets on your iPad, phone, or computer — free — and opens in Excel too. One click makes your own private copy, and there are no formulas to touch, ever.
Included: the sheet (instant copy link) · a printable pack (PDF) · a one-page Start Here.
Practical readiness for outages, storms, and ordinary bad weeks — not doom.
Questions, answered
Before you ask.
Do I need to know spreadsheets?
No. You type what you have in the white cells and the dashboard does the maths — there are no formulas to touch, ever.
Google Sheets or Excel?
Both. Make your own copy in Google Sheets with one click, or open the included Excel file. A printable pack is in every one, too.
How is it delivered?
It's a digital download — the copy link and the files are yours right after checkout. Nothing ships.
